The Cantina Produttori di Valdobbiadene - Val D’Oca Group is a proud protagonist in the history of an area that is naturally suited to wine production. Founded in 1952, as a result of real social initiative with purpose to confront the disastrous aftermath of the 2nd World War. The 129 charter members were Italian farmers that decided to band together and through their hard work and enthusiasm to bring life back to the area.
The terroir is one of the great strengths of the company, which has its headquarters in one of the most extraordinary and atmospheric landscapes in Italy, the hilly area between Valdobbiadene, Asolo και Conegliano, at the foot of the Treviso Prealps. This unique landscape which is safeguarded, for generations, through the everyday work of the Cantina's members, has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Intelligently combining its profoundly agricultural origins with a far-sighted and modern entrepreneurial vision, the Cantina has always represented a model of sustainable wine production, which is applied today to around 1000 hectares of vineyards, cultivated 90% with Glera. This green skin grape variety is cultivated in Veneto for centuries and itis famous mostly for the production of Sparkling Prosecco wine.
In nowadays, the 600 members of the Cantina, under a strong team spirit, are continually involved in programs to update and improve the quality of their vineyard's management and integrated agriculture. Besides, the basic principle of the company is:

Its colour is gold with green sheens. Elegant floral bouquet with notes of green apple, pineapple and lemon. Fresh, soft and fruity with fine bubbles and nice balanced acidity.

On the palate, it is light and balanced, dry with a hint of sweetness that elevates it. The acidity, alcohol, and smoothness combine to create a very remarkable combination.
A wine in which notes of almond, dried apricot, and acacia blossoms stand out pleasantly. On the palate, it is velvety and lively, releasing notes of ripe yellow fruit.
On the steep hills of San Pietro di Barbozza, golden bunches of grapes ripen under the sun, ready to be hand-harvested and transformed into a brut sparkling wine, made from a careful selection of the finest grapes.
