Located in the heart of the Alpilles since 1489, Château d'Estoublon is one of the most important estates of the Baux-de-Provence appellation. Its vineyards, classified as PDO Les Baux de Provence, have been farmed organically for more than 20 years.
The vines thrive on deep porous limestone soils, typical of the region, and benefit from the typical Mediterranean climate. The north wind blows regularly, protecting the land from the cold and rainfall.
In Estoublon, several varieties of grapes are grown, including Grenache noir and blanc, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre, Roussanne, Marsanne, Rolle, Cinsault and Counoise.
Roseblood offers an escapade in the hinterland of Provence, in the heart of the Château d’Estoublon, its gentle way of life and its exceptional know-how. Roseblood is the fruit of this radiant and generous nature and invites us to explore the Garden of Eden of Estoublon.
Pale color with a slight salmon hue. Intensely aromatic nose, with heady notes of Williams pear, white peach and vine flower. Precise and complex on the palate, with aromas of redcurrant and hints of citrus. Its fine acidity underlines the freshness of this vintage, giving this rosé a pleasant complexity.
Beautiful light color with green and golden hues. Lively, ethereal nose with typical rolle aromas such as notes of lemon confit, ginger and a touch of exotic fruit. The palate is generous and balanced by the freshness of high-altitude terroirs. A finish that stretches out thanks to controlled tension revealing noble bitters.
Underneath a golden hue reveals a delicate nose of bewitching aromas of honey, lychee and rosewater. On the palate, the experience continues with elegant notes of jasmine, mimosa and acacia, enhanced by subtle floral touches of elderberry. A fine balance of freshness and floral notes.
On the nose, intense aromas of forest fruits create beautiful aromatic complexity. On the palate, notes of morello cherry harmonise delicately with floral nuances that evoke cherry blossom and hibiscus. A subtle partnership of fresh and delectable flavours.
Bright, pale eau-de-rose color with hints of vine peach. The nose reveals intense aromas of wild berries such as raspberry and spring flowers. Notes of vanilla and toast gently enrich the bouquet. On the palate, it is generous and fruity. This is a light wine, elegant and full of finesse.
