From the first sip, everyone can understand the fruity and refreshing character of this Chardonnay. The complex and refined sensation on the palate is created through a combination of French and American oak, stainless steel tanks, and aging on the lees. Each technique significantly contributes to its rich style. Bright yellow in appearance and highly expressive on the nose. Aromas of crisp green apple, pear, and lemon tart dominate, while more subtle notes of stone fruits and honeysuckle come into the background. Fermentation in barrels and aging on the lees impart rich flavors of vanilla, buttercream, and gentle hints of spices and clove. The aromas on the nose follow through to the palate. Rich body, with well-balanced acidity that brings liveliness to the mouth, intensely aromatic, with a long aftertaste.
About the Great White Shark
Great White Sharks are known to frequent the cold and turbulent waters north of San Francisco along the Sonoma Coast. In this region, vineyards fight fog, mist and cooler summer temperatures. These factors allow acidity to be preserved in the grapes creating a sought-after structure in the wine and maybe just a little bit of bite.

The cool winds and moist fog shape the character of Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley. The wine aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels, which attests to its complex character. It has an intense aromatic profile, with red fruits taking center stage and floral, vanilla, waffle, and toasted oak notes embracing them. Elegant and lively, the palate floods with red cherries and berries, with a spicy sensation lingering until the finish. This wine clearly demonstrates that the balancing effects of sun, fog, and soil composition are ideally suited to cool-climate grapes, making the Russian River Valley an ideal haven for Pinot Noir.
About the Osprey
Our elegant and graceful Pinot Noir beckoned for a creature exhibiting finesse and beauty. The osprey, with its agility, precision and ferocity has adapted perfectly to the Russian River habitat, skillfully exerting dominance over its environment.

The grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety come from vineyards located on steep slopes and constitute the ultimate challenge. The mountainous terroir tests both the grower and the vine. The result certainly rewards the risk. The grape reaches an excellent point of ripeness, then comes the harvest, the winemaking, and afterwards the French oak barrels play the most important role. The wine’s stay in them wonderfully transforms the intense aromas of fresh fruits, creating a wine with unusually rich flavor and a smooth, luxurious texture. Expressive notes of currant, cherry, and cassis, with subtle hints of vanilla and cedar, flood the nose and mouth. Velvety, round, and balanced, with a long aftertaste.
About the Lion
Bold, strong, muscular…it’s not hard to think of Cabernet Sauvignon as the king of the wine kingdom. For Juggernaut’s very first wine, it only made sense to adorn the label with an animal as fierce, memorable and commanding as what was in the bottle.
