SPARKLING TEA is a completely new category of beverage. The combination of Scandinavian innovation with Asian tea traditions results in an organic, low-alcohol or non-alcoholic sparkling beverage, based on a careful selection of teas.
The company was founded in 2017 in Copenhagen, Denmark, by award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba and his business partner Bo Sten Hansen. The first bottle was sold on May 26 of that same year… because everyone deserves a nice glass of bubbly.

Sparkling Tea is a new category of beverage that combines up to 13 different organic teas in a single bottle. The secret to its unique flavor lies in the selection of teas, as well as the precise timing and temperatures used during production.
Each batch of Sparkling Tea is handcrafted by the founders themselves, Jacob and Bo, to ensure a high standard of quality in every production run.
The flavor and quality of Sparkling Tea are determined right from the selection of the teas, which is why they use some of the finest organic tea varieties from leading producers and plantations around the world.
The flavor of each tea is greatly influenced by the terroir—how, where, and when the tea is harvested—as well as by the subsequent oxidation process. It is precisely this complexity that makes it possible to create such a long and interesting taste experience, where each tea plays an important role in the final result.

Copenhagen Sparkling Tea has established a strong presence in the ever-growing market for low- and non-alcoholic beverages, with a range that includes products containing 0% and 5% alcohol. Despite the low alcohol content, there is no compromise on the overall experience.

BECAUSE EVERYONE DESERVES A GOOD GLASS OF BUBBLES!
BLÅ starts out with delicate aromas of Jasmine, chamomile and a hint of citrus. This is followed by a round taste from the careful selection of white teas and accompanied by good complexity and depth from the green teas.
It ends in a long finish joined by comfortable tannins created by the Darjeeling First Flush. The colour is light green with yellow nuances.
YSERØD is the perfect alcohol-free alternative to a rosé. It is the driest version of Sparkling Tea, yet still smooth and round in its taste. You will experience intense aromas of red berries and red apples. A complex and comfortably dry taste follows, thanks to the Oolong tea, combined with hints of blackberries and hibiscus.
It’s all balanced by the smooth Silver Needle white tea and finished with light bitter fruity notes. The colour is a light pink rosé.
Clear in appearance, with green hues, LYSEGRØN offers complex aromas of citrus, green tea, minerality, and apples. The taste is lively and elegant with notes of citrus, lemongrass, Earl Green Sencha, and orange peel. It features remarkable layers and a long-lasting note of Darjeeling and green apples on the finish. Elegant, with great complexity and fine bubbles. The new fresh, non-alcoholic aperitif, which pairs wonderfully with oysters, caviar, fish, and seafood.
