André and Mehmet, passionate bar enthusiasts, founded UNDONE in 2018 with the aim to fill a big gap in the bar and events market by creating “Alcohol-free, high-quality drink alternatives”. With André's experience in the spirits industry and Mehmet's expertise from the coffee world, they successfully debuted at Bar Convent Brookly in New York in 2019.
UNDONE's non-alcoholic spirits and aperitifs are created through a unique, process in which alcohol is first removed and then enhanced with natural flavors. The result is a perfect balance of flavour in cocktails and long drinks.
