With 5,000 hectares of vineyards, our winemakers have come together as a community to pool their production and resources. They are committed to an ecological transition for the benefit of all. Back then, in response to a period of crisis, 126 winemakers joined forces to create a winery in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards. This passionate collaboration, nearly a century ago, now represents an association of 300 winemaking families.
They have preserved the traditions and expertise of their ancestors as their most precious legacy.

The Bordeaux Families technical team supports winemakers in their vineyards on a daily basis to produce grapes that perfectly match the profile of Augustin 0.0%. The alcohol content is reduced to 0.0% through the method of vacuum evaporation. This gentle low-temperature distillation process is responsible and, above all, respects the wine’s aromas and flavors. A intensely fruity blend with a fresh and light taste, completely alcohol-free.

Zéphyr embodies a vibrant, authentic, and radiant wine from the renowned Bordeaux region, bringing with it a breath of fresh air and elegance. Expressive, with an exotic, intense character and a lively, silky palate. Aromas of citrus—lemon, grapefruit, lime—and white flowers take center stage, with subtle notes of vanilla adding complexity and structure, highlighting the wine. An elegant rosé with expressive aromas of red berries—strawberry, raspberry, cherry—that blend with the liveliness of pink grapefruit. On the palate, the Merlot reveals its characteristic smoothness, offering elegance with every sip.
The Zéphyr red wine, embodies a vibrant, authentic, and radiant red Bordeaux wine that brings a breath of fresh air and exudes elegance and charm. It features an expressive bouquet of black fruits, complemented by notes of caramel and coffee. Its velvety palate, with its elegant tannins, reveals a wonderful balance.
